Jam in a Jiffy to the Rescue

Last Friday my refrigerator died. It died hard and, of course, we didn’t notice until things were dripping and melted. The ice cream was a gonner, but I was able to grab four bags of frozen fruit and move them to a nice big bowl. I had raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and pineapple chunks. In a moment of desperation I blended them all together. It tasted pretty darn good and I knew how to save it. Two bags of Jam in a Jiffy went in and I ended up with almost ten cups of really really great jam! Even better it could go into my deep freezer while the fridge got fixed.

I can’t wait to eat it!
