Directions for Use
Prepare two pounds of any soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.) by peeling, washing and crushing in a medium sized bowl. Add Jam in a Jiffy® mix and stir well. If necessary, add up to 1/2 cup water or juice to reach desired consistency. Let stand for two minutes to dissolve sugar and thicken. Serve immediately or pour into freezer safe containers. Refrigerate jam for up to three weeks or freeze for up to 18 months. Each pouch of Jam in a Jiffy® makes six cups of delicious freezer jam.
