- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1-2 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 lime
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground pepper
- 2 TBSP EZ Gel
Chop all veggies and combine in a bowl. Squeeze lime.
Sprinkle EZ Gel over the top and stir well. Add seasonings to taste.
Serve fresh with your favorite chip!
If you have leftovers, sometimes the tomatoes will continue to weep liquid. You can fix this by adding just a little more EZ Gel!
