Who says low fat ranch can’t be delicious? Delightfully low fat, and lower carb this ranch dressing is easy to make, and tastes amazing with any fresh vegetable or salad.

Yield: 2 1/4 c.
- 1/2 c. reduced fat or fat free mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1/4 t. ground black pepper
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. sugar (opt)
- 1 1/2 t. parsley
- 1 T. E-Z Gel
Combine mayonnaise and buttermilk in small bowl and stir until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to buttermilk mixture. Stir until mixture is creamy.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to thicken and blend flavors. Store leftovers in covered container in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
