Bakery Style Cupcakes with EZ Gel

Make perfectly moist bakery style cupcakes with a cake mix and EZ Gel. These cupcakes are soft, delicious and will be the star of any bake sale!

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter (melted)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 T. E-Z Gel

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, milk, butter, and eggs in a medium sized bowl. With a hand mixer on low speed, mix until just combined. While still running mixer, slowly add in EZ Gel. 

Step 2
Mix on HIGH speed for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Scoop batter into prepared muffin tins. (PRO tip- lightly spray muffin liners with pan spray for easier release!) Bake for 25-30 minutes. Until cake spring back to the touch or test with a toothpick, if it comes out clean they are done. Let cool

Step 4- 

Decorate as desired.
