No Bake Cheesecake with EZ Gel
No Bake Cheesecake is a delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion from Valentines to Christmas. Made with simple ingredients that can be swapped out with lower calorie options if desired. Top with fresh fruit and a glaze, jam in a jiffy, or Cornaby’s Fruit Filling.

- 1 block Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- 1 c. Whipping Cream
- 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp EZ Gel
- 1 package Graham Crackers
- 1 c. Vanilla Granola
- 1/2 c. Unsalted Butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In food processor combine graham crackers and granola and process until fine granules. Pour into a 9×13 casserole dish. Pour melted butter over the top and combine with a fork until well mixed. Press to make a flat crust. Bake uncovered for 8 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
In a clean medium glass bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. With an electric mixer, mix until smooth. Add 1 c. Whipping Cream and mix until smooth, then sprinkle in 1 tbsp EZ Gel. Once incorporated, add remaining cup of cream and sprinkle in remaining EZ Gel. Mix on High until smooth, creamy and thickened.
Spread Cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Top with Glaze and fresh fruit, OR Jam in a Jiffy Jam, or Cornabys Fruit filling.
You can make this lower calorie by exchanging Cream Cheese for Neufchatel cheese, and Cream for Half and Half or Milk.
