Buffalo-Style Chicken Wings

  • 2/3 c. Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 c. butter 
  • 1 t. white vinegar
  • 1/2 t. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 t. garlic
  • 2 tsp EZ Gel
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 lb. Chicken Wings
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp EZ Gel


Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pat dry chicken with paper towels. Combine Baking powder with 1/2 tsp EZ Gel in ziplock bag. Add chicken wings and shake until thoroughly coated. Place rack on cooking sheet and spray liberally with pan spray. Place chicken on the rack. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes then increase the temperature to 400 for 40 minutes. Flip over after 20 minutes.

Step 2
Combine the rest of the ingredients but EZ Gel in a small saucepan. Cook on medium until butter is melted. Sprinkle in EZ Gel and mix well. 

Step 3
When chicken is finished cooking, remove from oven and coat. Put back in oven and bake for 10 more minutes.

Serve HOT with Cornaby’s Ranch Dressing!
