Sugar Free Freezer Jam
Using Cornaby's Sugar Free Jam in a Jiffy mix for sugar free freezer jam.

  1. Prepare fruit by washing, sorting, peeling and coring as necessary. Crush or chop fruit to desired consistency.
  2. Combine 4 cups crushed fruit and 1 to 1 1/2 cups fruit juice or water in a medium mixing bowl. Add Jam in a Jiffy Sugar Free mix and stir until well combined and shiny - about one minute. Let stand for 1 minute then stir again and portion into clean freeezer containers. Seal, label, date and store. Refrigerate prepared jam for upto two weeks or freeze for upto one year.

      Juice doesn’t have to be used, you can just use water. If you want to use juice because of the flavor it adds, you can add whichever kind you like. You could try apple juice or white grape juice for most any fruit, or if you want to go for a specific flavor or color you could use a juice that gets you there. For example, a great flavor and color accent for a blueberry jam would be grape juice. Experiment and play with it and let us know what you come up with!
