Combine 4 cups crushed fruit and 1 to 1 1/2 cups fruit juice or water in a medium mixing bowl. Add Jam in a Jiffy Sugar Free mix and stir until well combined and shiny - about one minute. Let stand for 1 minute then stir again and portion into clean freeezer containers. Seal, label, date and store. Refrigerate prepared jam for upto two weeks or freeze for upto one year.
