  1. Blend butter, sugar and beaten eggs. Then mix in E-Z Gel and bananas. Combine dry ingredients and gently mix into creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk until all ingredients are just combined. This is a quick bread so lumpy is fine. Do not over beat or it will be tough.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until the centers are no longer doughy.
