- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1-2 teaspoons E-Z Gel
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip on high until cream thickens and becomes airy. Serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers in an air-tight container for upto 5 days. (If it doesn't get eaten first!)
