Directions for Use
Add E-Z Gel™ gradually to hot or cold liquids, whisking or stirring until smooth. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to reach maximum thickness. Bottle, refrigerate or freeze finished products for future use. E-Z Gel™ replaces cornstarch, flour and tapioca in all thickening applications.
